We are seeking a People Advisory Specialist to join our team.
This position focuses on providing guidance in people management, advancing people-related initiatives, and implementing programs within specific units. As a Practice or Discipline People Partner, you will support employees and leaders throughout EPAM HR processes, helping to create a positive and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Primary People Partners who oversee distinct disciplines or practices
- Assist with a range of HR activities, including employee experience management, retention, and performance development, beginning with oversight and moving toward independent execution
- Support unit management in evaluating and auditing local programs and frameworks to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Participate in planning and facilitating unit townhalls and events, encouraging employee engagement and office attendance
- Work with the Shared Service Center and coordinate with various stakeholders on process-related matters
Requirements
- Ability to effectively partner with Primary People Partners across multiple disciplines and practices
- Experience supporting HR functions such as employee experience management, retention, and performance development, with the capacity to work independently
- Skill in assisting management with audits of local programs and frameworks, including familiarity with labor law compliance
- Experience in organizing and participating in unit events and townhalls, with a focus on increasing employee involvement
- Understanding of Shared Service Center operations and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders on various tasks
