We are looking for a People Advisory Specialist to join our team.
This role is dedicated to offering support in people management, driving people-focused projects, and executing programs within designated units. As a Practice or Discipline People Partner, you will work alongside employees and leaders to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes at EPAM.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with Primary People Partners who manage specific disciplines or practices
- Provide assistance with HR processes such as employee experience management, retention, and performance development, starting with supervision and progressing to independent responsibility
- Help unit management review and audit local programs and frameworks to maintain compliance with labor regulations
- Take part in organizing and running unit townhalls and events, promoting employee participation and presence in the office
- Engage with the Shared Service Center and collaborate with various stakeholders on process-related issues
Requirements
- Ability to build effective partnerships with Primary People Partners across different disciplines and practices
- Experience in supporting HR activities like employee experience management, retention, and performance development, with the ability to work independently
- Competence in helping management audit local programs and frameworks, including knowledge of labor law compliance
- Background in planning and participating in unit events and townhalls, with an emphasis on fostering employee engagement
- Familiarity with Shared Service Center operations and experience working with multiple stakeholders on a variety of tasks
