Currently, we are looking for a remote part-time Middle DevOps with 2+ years of experience and AWS support skills to join our team.
The customer is a British-based stock exchange and financial information company. It helps companies to raise capital and investors build their portfolios across a range of global markets.
The team is working on the development and testing of the custom API, which works with the Project Service Automation (PSA) module of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Also, the team works on the performance testing and optimization of the existing API from the 3rd party vendor, which also works with the PSA module.
Responsibilities
- Run the production environment support by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of the system health; the products to be monitored are the PSA module and IIS; that must be implemented by an EPAM SRE
- Manage CI/CD
- Deploy code changes and bug fixes to production
- React to the incidents raised by the L1 Business Support team – restore the work of production services
- Work with PSA Development team by raising bugs from Production using ServiceNow
- Working with the Incident Management team to resolve Critical Production Incidents
- Standard working hours are 07:00 - 16:00 GMT
- Planned overtime work during weekends - twice a month
- Maybe, the 24 hour on-call support according to agreed shifts; the response time is 0..30 minutes; there are chances that there will be no overtime work at all
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
- 2+ years of DevOps experience
- Windows support experience
- Experience with managing production systems that run REST API on a webserver such as IIS Server or another
- Keen to learn new thing especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Readiness to work overtime, including weekends (it is explicitly compensated by the company); there are chances that there will be no overtime work at all
