We are looking for a motivated Node.js Developer to join our team and contribute to building robust, scalable solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced engineers, leverage modern AI-powered tools, and grow your technical expertise while delivering high-quality code. Responsibilities
- Implement features and components following TypeScript and Node.js standards, based on the team's definitions and guidelines
- Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure every delivery is robust and reliable
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions to understand the "why" behind solutions
- Help mitigate technical debt through thoughtful contributions and continuous improvement
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate learning and delivery capabilities
- Collaborate with Senior team members and incorporate their feedback to grow professionally
- Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned tasks and deliver on time
- Contribute to building clean, maintainable solutions that move the business forward
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience or solid project work using Node.js and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of programming logic, REST APIs, and data structures
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, including reading, writing, and basic queries
- Familiarity with Git and curiosity to learn about CI/CD workflows and Cloud environments (AWS)
- Proficiency in AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar solutions to accelerate development and improve code quality
- Builder mindset, demonstrated through personal projects, community involvement, or clear learning milestones
- Ownership attitude, with the ability to ask the right questions to unblock yourself and deliver consistently
- Based in CABA, GBA, or Córdoba Capital, with availability to attend one in-person alignment day per week at our offices
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1) or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Claude Code
- Skills in GitHub Copilot
- Experience with the OpenAI GPT family
