We are looking for a strong .NET Team Lead with full-stack expertise to design, architect, and deliver scalable solutions while guiding a team through the full software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Estimate features and create technical artifacts to support project planning
- Write and review code to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Deliver user stories in alignment with project timelines and business goals
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers throughout the development process
- Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
- Apply AI practices within the software development lifecycle
- Explore and implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with expertise in .NET, Azure, and React
- Strong backend development experience, including SQL
- Architectural mindset with proven experience in designing scalable solutions
- Experience leading teams, engaging stakeholders, and managing the delivery of user stories
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud services, including Functions and Durable Functions
- Experience integrating AI practices within the software development lifecycle
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the insurance value chain, especially from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
- Knowledge of specialty products, especially in Excess lines like Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products, and Contractors
- Background in Actuarial reserving
