We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Systems Architect specializing in multicloud environments — Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and advocating innovative cloud solutions for global clients. This position requires a strong technical foundation across Azure, GCP, and AWS, combined with exceptional consulting and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in both hands-on project work and strategic company-wide initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions leveraging native services across Azure, GCP, and AWS (e.g., Azure Functions, AKS, GCP Cloud Functions, GKE, AWS Lambda, EKS, and PaaS offerings) tailored to specific business requirements
- Develop robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, GCP Cloud Build, and automate deployments with Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, and other IaC tools; drive clients toward higher DevOps maturity
- Apply Well-Architected Frameworks and Cloud Adoption Frameworks for Azure, GCP, and AWS to ensure high performance, reliability, and cost optimization. Lead Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones and cloud migration strategies across all platforms
- Facilitate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate new ideas, build client confidence, and demonstrate multicloud as a strategic platform choice
- Participate in discovery phases and pre-sales engagements, aligning business objectives with technical solutions. Provide actionable recommendations and solve complex technical challenges to improve client outcomes
- Deliver expert consulting across digital domains, multi-platform integrations, and functional designs. Guide clients through their cloud adoption journey while mentoring internal engineering teams and promoting best practices
- Act as a multicloud evangelist within the organization — mentor colleagues, lead internal upskilling programs, encourage certifications, and champion modern cloud technologies
- Lead and support internal initiatives such as technical talks, public presentations, community events, hackathons, innovation marathons, and training programs. Collaborate closely with major technology partners (Microsoft, Google, AWS) to influence strategy, shape joint programs, and deliver impactful joint solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Architecture
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services — including compute, storage, networking, security, and advanced automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, GCP CLI, and PowerShell
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and reliable cloud solutions using modern CI/CD practices across multiple cloud platforms
- Experience leading pre-sales activities and developing client-focused solutions in a consulting or outsourcing environment
- Deep understanding of enterprise frameworks (Well-Architected Frameworks, Cloud Adoption Frameworks, governance, and compliance models) for Azure, GCP, and AWS
- Strong cross-platform integration and functional consulting expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills — able to effectively engage with both technical and executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive organizational change, and influence key stakeholders
- Experience working in or with outsourcing companies, delivering high-value projects for enterprise clients
- Passion for community engagement, public speaking, and fostering innovation through events and strategic partnerships
