We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to join our team and head the design and implementation of projects utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
The position requires close collaboration with organizational stakeholders to review, refine, and enhance business processes while aligning technical capabilities with business requirements and maintaining cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Incorporate services from Azure Cloud emphasizing automation and integration features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a Scrum framework to deliver superior software solutions
- Transform business requirements into technical designs
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to development teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, particularly in the Financial Services sector
- Assess and consider third-party solutions like Wealth Dynamix to extend system capabilities
Requirements
- Established history as a Dynamics Architect or equivalent position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Capability to work with Dynamics Modules, with a preference for Sales and Customer Service
- Background in Azure Cloud services, with a focus on integration and automation
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile development methodologies
- Preferably well-versed in the Financial Services domain
- Excellent problem-solving skills with effective team collaboration abilities
Nice to have
- Prior involvement with Wealth Dynamix
- Advanced certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics or Azure Cloud services
- Proficiency in other Dynamics Modules such as Marketing or Field Service
