We seek a self-motivated, team-oriented Middle UX Designer prepared to challenge requirement-focused development with a user-centered design process built around empathy for our users. Our UX team is responsible for driving user experience through research discovery and solution framing – ultimately delivering the best product experience for our users while additionally providing industry-leading business solutions for our customers.
In this position you will be responsible for organizing and conducting user research and analysis, then translating those findings into various types of assets necessary to convey user experience and business solutions. You will work closely with team members to research, test, gather information, analyze interaction, determine and refine features and priorities, and iterate product designs from ideation to implementation. This role participates in formal and informal design critiques and partners with highly technical implementation teams to deliver a polished final product thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.

- Collaborate with technical product managers, analysts, designers, and

- Facilitate various user research and testing methods and analyze and report findings
- Guide product decisions through user research, customer development, and iterative feedback loops
- Create process flows, information and content architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Take the initiative to coach and grow other designers; lead discussions on UX/UI
- Be a user experience advocate and champion of the user
- Be a core member of UX, working on UX-specific initiatives, aggregating resources, and creating libraries and repositories of UX assets
- Help maintain UX enterprise standards, best practices, principles, and resource repositories
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience on enterprise products
- A solid online portfolio must demonstrate past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions. Experience required from large enterprise corporations with a mixture of B2B and B2C solutions
- Strong understanding of interface design principles, use of interactive technologies and user-centered design methods, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; can communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Experience with Design Systems, style guides, design patterns, and atomic design methodology
- Proficiency working in Figma and other software design tools like Sketch and XD and a natural curiosity for new innovative tools
- Experience with Accessibility and Inclusive design
- Experience in UI Design and/or Visual Design
- Understanding of how HTML, JavaScript, and CSS inform interaction decisions
- B2+ English level
- Experience in software development for consumer electronics or embedded systems would be a plus
- Python, JS, and markup languages (HTML, XML) knowledge is a huge advantage
