Currently, we are looking for a Remote Middle Technical Support Developer for a printing company for our team.
The client is a Private limited company. It is an online photo printing company, has two offices, one in London and one in Paris, and operates in 10+ countries, predominantly in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Providing a high quality technical support
- Monitoring print production software
- Resolving upcoming incidents and working closely with our internal customers to find the best solutions to more complicated issues
- Taking part in software modernization projects and all daily scrum procedures
Requirements
- Completed technical degree or Technical Support experience
- Working experience with shell scripting
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- SQL knowledge
- Basic programming knowledge, PHP or PERL is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
- B2+ English, German is a plus
