We are seeking a Middle Technical Product Manager to oversee the delivery ownership of a data engineering stream for our remote team.
You will be responsible for leading the execution of product strategies and roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams in identifying, defining, and documenting product/process requirements, and ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Your role will require knowledge of BA approaches/tools, project coordination, and management functions on projects, delivering sustainable solutions. You will work with modern Agile developing methodologies and tools, have an excellent understanding of Agile principles and values, and have fundamental knowledge of SDLC and PM methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps
- Heading and managing product development teams
- Cooperation with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and document product/process requirements
- Coordinating requirements with Delivery and Business teams
- Managing delivery execution, ownership, as well as cost containment
- Examination of workflows and brainstorming ideas to identify automation opportunities for repetitive manual efforts
- Supervision of process improvements to optimize system performance
- Tracking and analyzing product metrics to ensure excellent performance and user experience
- Ensuring the implantation and adherence to quality management processes
- Grasping project requirements documentation and taking a proactive role on the project to ensure cost containment of delivered solutions while meeting the product requirements
Requirements
- At least 8 years of IT experience, aligned with 3+ years in Senior/Lead BA or 2+ years in a Product/Proxy-Product Owner role
- Knowledge in BA approaches/tools, project coordination and management functions on projects, delivering sustainable solutions
- Experience working with modern Agile developing methodologies and tools (excellent understanding of Agile principles and values)
- Deep knowledge of SDLC and PM methodologies
- Positive driver and thoughts on improvements in the data engineering process
- Ability to align requirements with Delivery and Business teams
- Track and analyze product metrics to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Experience in process improvements and optimizing system performance
- Ensure quality management processes are in place and adhered to
- Available to work with customer leadership in the US Central time zone

- Experience as a Product Manager with awareness of Microsoft SQL Server
