Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Support Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Daily support of company's internal services
- Solving environment issues (malfunctions and performance issues), incidents from monitoring systems, BSS service teams, end-users, employees
- Deployment new builds of services / applications / infrastructure (enabling) services
- Work on environment optimization and improvement
- Automate routine tasks
- Update configurations (upgrades, patching)
- Solving support requests, from support systems, BSS teams, end-users
Requirements
- Azure/AWS experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in web server architecture applications
- Solid scripting skills and 'automate everything' mindset
- English B2+
- Experience as a system administrator in a mixed Windows/Linux/Cloud enterprise environment
- General knowledge of SQL DB administration and possibility write simple query
- Experience with Ansible/Docker/Jenkins/GitLab Runner
- Base knowledge of network
Nice to have
- Experience in Ansible
- Experience in Git
- Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library
