We are looking for a Middle SAP Consultant to join a strategic global project focused on transitioning and modernizing the SAP landscape, where you will be a key contributor in the Order-to-Cash stream. This remote role involves working within a dedicated team to ensure a seamless SAP support transition and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to acquire understanding of business processes, configurations, and custom code for the Order-to-Cash stream
- Support the seamless transition of SAP O2C support ensuring zero downtime
- Provide ongoing support, continuous improvement, and innovation for O2C processes
- Execute hands-on exercises in test environments to validate acquired knowledge
- Review and update support documentation including standard operating procedures and runbooks
- Manage escalations and resolve complex incidents related to the O2C stream
- Conduct shadowing and reverse shadowing activities during the transition phase
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a SAP consultant in retail solutions
- Proficiency in SAP Retail and SAP Retail Sales modules
- Background in supporting or implementing SAP Order-to-Cash processes
- Ability to absorb and apply knowledge from intensive transfer sessions
- Competency in managing SAP support documentation and incident resolution
- Capability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP Retail Master Data
- Knowledge of SAP-IS Retail Solutions
