This position is dedicated to expanding the application, empowering Real Estate team with deeper insights and reinforcing the operational foundation of the fund. You will be responsible for modernizing and enhancing data ingestion pipelines, executive-level dashboards, reporting capabilities, and monitoring/audit workflows to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and transparency across the platform.
The client is a leading global investment firm specializing in real estate, private equity, and asset management.
This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in Poland — whether from home or from one of our well-equipped offices in Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź, Warsaw, or Wrocław.
- Enhance and modernize data ingestion pipelines to support scalable, reliable data flows
- Develop and enrich executive dashboards and reporting outputs using advanced visualization tools
- Improve monitoring and audit workflows to ensure data integrity and transparency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for operational and analytical needs
- Maintain and optimize backend services and REST APIs for seamless integration and performance
- Support the adoption and implementation of ETL and data orchestration tools as the project evolves
- 3+ years of experience working with the listed or related technologies
- Strong proficiency in Python and React.js
- Experience with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, Highcharts) and data grids (AG Grid)
- Familiarity with REST API development and backend service orchestration
- Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications and data pipelines
- Knowledge on ETL/data orchestration tools (Dagster, dbt) is a plus
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data warehousing (Snowflake)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
