Middle Python Developer

Python.Core, Python, RDF in Attributes, Java, AllegroGraph

Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Python Developer to join our global team.

The customer is a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company that operates in over 100 countries and its innovative medicines are used by millions of patients worldwide.

Responsibilities

Creating and Maintaining data integration pipelines in Disqover Platform
Build and Run piplelines for data transformations inside the platform
Coordinate updates with Ontoforce team
Preprocess the data for integration using OpenRefine, AllegroGrph and custom scripts (Python, R)

Requirements

2+ years of experience as Python Developer
Solid Python production experience
Any Graph Database knowledge
Knowledge of rdf, ttl formats
Experience with FAIR Data
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence
Life Science domain expertise

Nice to have

Life Science domain expertise
AllegroGraph, OpenRefine
Data verification (QC) experience
