We're on the lookout for a Middle Product Manager to become part of our remote workforce.
Your main duty will be the development and administration of our products. As a Product Manager, your critical contribution to our products' success will involve grasping customer requirements, setting product specifications, and ensuring the smooth rollout and maintenance of our products. You will coordinate with various teams to inspire innovation, prioritize features, and work with stakeholders to deliver top-notch products.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and prioritizing product backlogs
- Defining and overseeing product specifications
- Orchestrating the product launch process
- Generating user stories to outline product features and functionality
- Cooperating with diverse teams, such as development, design, and marketing, to ensure product success
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitors to pinpoint new opportunities
- Utilizing customer feedback and data to influence product choices
- Promoting constant enhancement and optimization of products
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Product Management
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in leading and managing developer teams with successful project completion
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing backlogs
- Proven successful product launches
- Exceptional skills in defining and managing requirements
- Ability to generate user stories that effectively outline product features and functionality
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication and cooperative skills
- English proficiency at a C1 level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Retail Industry: Beneficial to have experience or knowledge of retail operations, sales channels, and consumer behavior trends
- Expertise in Customer Loyalty Management: Advantageous to have experience or expertise in customer loyalty programs, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer retention strategies
