Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Performance Analyst.
The customer is a Canadian retail company which operates in the automotive, hardware, sports, leisure and housewares sectors. It is a family of businesses that includes a retail segment, a financial services division and CT REIT.
Responsibilities
- Check performance of new features in the modern e-commerce solution
- Customer communication; reporting representative performance metrics in understandable way; track performance trends for a long time period
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Performance Analyst
- Solid understanding of performance testing concepts
- Ability to launch performance analysis process form scratch; communicate to customer directly to define NFR, acceptance criteria
- Experience in building load model for end-to-end testing, component testing for microservice-based architecture
- Experience in SQL databases profiling, DB performance tuning
- Understanding of Java/C# memory model, garbage collection algorithms; experience in code profiling
- Experience with load generation tools - at least, one of JMeter/Loadrunner
- Experience with test data recording - at least, one of InfluxDB/Graphite/Prometheus
- Knowledge of Docker (basic level)
- Knowledge of Jenkins - building pipelines, scheduled jobs
- Knowledge of monitoring tools - at least, one of Telegraf/Collectd/Zabbix
- Knowledge of profiling tools - New Relic
