Responsibilities
- Welcome new team members, prepare onboarding documentation, verify required registrations and introduce them to office culture
- Oversee employment-related documents with meticulous attention to detail while maintaining digital archives
- Coordinate signatures and ensure compliance with proper filing and archival protocols
- Navigate rs.ge, Ministry of Health portals and related employment regulations to maintain compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and respond professionally to requests
- Locate documents and route requests to appropriate departments efficiently
- Process employment-related certificates per employee requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle employee exits professionally with clear communication and proper documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments and external vendors to maintain professional relationships
- Support team-building events and office activities that strengthen the Batumi community
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR administration or a similar role
- Knowledge of Georgian employment regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with rs.ge and Ministry of Health portals
- Skills in documentation management, digital archiving and records coordination
- Proficiency in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Competency in professional written and verbal communication
- Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with departments and external vendors
- Understanding of certificate processing and employee documentation requests
