We are seeking a Mid-Level Operations Data Analyst to join our team and take ownership of the accurate processing, validation, and quality control of transactional data within our policy administration systems. The ideal candidate will bring solid analytical expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across multiple workflows while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee cases received via the Widget (Ingestion Framework)
- Review each case in depth, including the request email and all attached documents
- Ensure that the assigned transaction type is correct based on the request and relevant guidelines
- Validate and evaluate all information entered into the Workspace for each case, confirming or adjusting any detected inaccuracies
- Fill in any missing information based on the documentation provided for each case
- Locate the correct data within the original email or attachments if any information is incorrect or incomplete, and apply the necessary corrections
- Verify the completeness of each transaction and determine whether it should be processed automatically (New Business, Endorsement, Renewal) within the policy administration systems or routed for manual processing via Workview
- Identify recurring data discrepancies and propose process improvements to reduce manual intervention
- Support less experienced team members with guidance on case review and validation best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Expertise in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and teamwork within an Agile environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and their application in process optimization
- Confidence in handling sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders
- Customer-centric attitude and a service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Spanish

- Fluency in Portuguese
