We are currently seeking an experienced Middle JavaScript Full Stack Developer with extensive expertise in React to join our distributed team remotely.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions, utilizing your deep understanding of JavaScript and its related technologies. This position offers exciting challenges, providing opportunities to work on engaging projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using JavaScript and associated technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, conceptualize solutions, and implement software solutions
- Navigate databases and backend technologies such as Node.js, Redis, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Develop and maintain front-end components using ReactJS and related technologies
- Create and maintain comprehensive code documentation, including technical specifications and user guides
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and addressing any issues or bugs
- Participate in design discussions, offering insights on requirements, product designs, and potential challenges
- Contribute to establishing best practices and standards for software development
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in JavaScript development, demonstrating proficiency across various JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js, including working with databases like Redis, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Proficiency in using Redux or Flux for state management in complex applications
- Practical experience in ReactJS development, including component creation and integration with other modules
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and related technologies for frontend development
- Experience with code testing and debugging, utilizing tools such as Jest or Enzyme
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work delivery
- Proficient spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher for effective communication
Nice to have
- Knowledge of GraphQL and its integration with frontend applications
- Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes for application deployment and scalability
