Currently, we are looking for a Remote Middle JavaScript Developer to join our team.
The project is about building a web portal to foster innovation within an organization. The web portal will allow to collect innovative ideas, collaborate on them, and assess and make a decision on implementation.
Responsibilities
- Development of frontend part for SPA application (desktop browsers)
- Optimization of the app for maximum speed and responsiveness
- Collaboration with backend and frontend team members
- Collaboration with UI designers
- Perform thorough development of front-end components of application
- Work closely with team lead and back-end lead to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is to be implemented
- Providing tasks estimations
- Communicate clearly and frequently with all team members, stakeholders, and product owners
- Actively participate in daily standups and sprint planning
- Provide regular, detailed status report on tasks’ progress, including tasks implemented and potential blockers
Requirements
- 2+ years of python development experience
- 2+ years of html/CSS and JavaScript experience
- Strong knowledge of one of the frameworks angular.js/react.js/vue.js
- Experience with node.js
- Good knowledge of SPA applications architecture and corresponding frameworks
- Experience in Jira or similar bug tracker
- A self-starter, fast learner, attentive to details, and multi-task
- Ability to work remotely, without close supervision
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a busy and changing work environment
