Proven experience in production, customer-facing projects with ReactJS (ideally version 16+), unit tests and TypeScript

Proven cases of valuable input to team effort, strong team player

Ability to make thought out decisions and take responsibility for them

Ability to plan ahead, and always keep in mind how your input into codebase may affect others

Ability to suggest and defend improvements to web application architecture

Time management skills (keep up with high-paced delivery speed, not sacrificing quality in the process)
