Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Java Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop reporting/publishing platform on top of Genedata DB
- Publish the data to CDF system
- Implement lambda functions in AWS
- Apply changes to Oracle DB
- Implement visualizations based on Spotfire
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Java and JavaScript
- Good knowledge of SQL, experience with Oracle DB
- Experience with AWS, including lambda functions
Nice to have
- Knowledge of biology
- Experience with Spotfire
