We are recruiting a highly ambitious and competent Middle Java Developer for our project. The chosen candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience developing scalable applications. Your responsibilities will involve working with a diverse team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers to design, develop, and test advanced software solutions. The project encompasses the development of scalable applications utilizing Java 8+, Spring Boot, JBoss, and RESTful API services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications utilizing Spring Boot, JBoss EAP, REST, and Web Services
- Implement and maintain Spring Security and Apache Maven
- Develop and maintain batch jobs using Hibernate and JBoss EAP
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop highly efficient databases using MySQL
- Liaise with business analysts to pinpoint and implement software solutions that satisfy business requirements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Remain current with the latest industry trends and top practices
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems proactively
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the development of scalable applications using Java (Core Java, Java 8)
- Extensive experience with RESTful API services and performance tuning of large-scale web applications
- A deep understanding of fundamental principles behind a scalable application
- Experience with Spring Boot & Security, JBoss
- Experience with test-driven development and Git
- Familiarity with Mybatis, Maria db, IBM MQs, and Batch job
- Upper-intermediate level competency in English at least
