Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards
- Design and implement messaging systems using Apache Kafka, ensuring reliability and scalability
- Develop and deploy microservices using Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing performance and scalability
- Ensure the quality of software solutions through automated testing, code reviews, and other quality control measures
- Participate in design reviews, offering input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges
- Provide technical guidance and support to other developers, contributing to their professional growth and development
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Java development, showcasing your proficiency in Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, and other related technologies
- Experience in developing and deploying applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, S3, and RDS
- Expertise in Apache Kafka, demonstrating your ability to design and implement scalable and reliable messaging systems
- Practical experience in developing and deploying microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in SQL and database design, including experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
- Experience in Linux system administration and shell scripting
- Expertise in build tools like Gradle or Maven, showcasing your ability to manage complex build pipelines
- Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking capabilities to effectively convey feedback and insights
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
Nice to have
- Experience in Kotlin development, showcasing your ability to learn and work with new technologies
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
- Experience in working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB or Cassandra
- Experience with full-stack
