Middle Java Developer

We are currently seeking a talented Middle Java Developer to join our remote team and work on an exciting project involving EIS Billing v12. Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is upgrading their billing system to the latest version and needs a developer with experience in EIS Billing v12 to join their team. As a Middle Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new features and functionality for the billing system.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new features and functionality for the EIS Billing v12 system
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in the billing system
  • Ensure the quality of the code by writing unit tests and integration tests
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Java development
  • Experience with EIS Billing v12
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Knowledge of RESTful web services and microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience with other billing systems such as Amdocs or CSG
  • Experience with front-end development technologies such as Angular or React
  • Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD
