Middle Java Developer
We are seeking a skilled Middle Java Developer to join our remote team, working with a global healthcare ISV and one of the top Electronic Medical Record (EMR) vendors. As a Middle Java Developer, you will play a vital role in the development of a modern SaaS-based solution using modern technologies and frameworks deployed on AWS cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions, ensuring high standards of functionality and usability.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions using Java and related technologies, ensuring high standards of functionality and usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs
- Participate in design and code reviews, offering input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges
- Contribute to the development of REST-based microservices written in Java Spring Boot
- Develop efficient and scalable software solutions using ReactJS and AWS
- Ensure the quality control of software deliverables to meet the highest standards
- Maintain a high level of performance even under pressure
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Java Development
- In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, AWS, Spring Boot, and Oracle Database Platform
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, especially using Concourse CI or Jenkins
- Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking capabilities to effectively convey feedback and insights
- Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, crucial for meticulous development efforts
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases, especially Oracle
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and their web application development framework
- Exposure to Win32/64 based application development
