We are looking for an ambitious and skilled Middle Java Developer to participate in our challenge project. The desired candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering scalable applications. Your work will involve collaborating with a cross-functional team that consists of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers. The project focus will be the development of scalable applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, JBoss, and RESTful API services. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for technology and a dedication towards staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and sustain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot, JBoss EAP, REST, and Web Services
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Spring Security and Apache Maven
- Develop and maintain batch jobs through Hibernate and JBoss EAP
- Work with the team to create and improve efficient databases using MySQL
- Interact with business analysts to identify and implement software solutions that meet business requirements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical glitches
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing scalable applications via Java (Core Java, Java 8)
- Extensive experience with RESTful API services and optimizing performance for large-scale web applications
- Solid understanding of the design principles guiding a scalable application
- Experience with Spring Boot & Security, JBoss
- Familiarity with Mybatis, Maria db, IBM MQs, Batch job
- Experience with test-driven development and Git
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Jenkins and BitBucket, SQL
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
