We are looking for a skilled Middle Java Developer to join our remote team and work on one of our exciting projects. The primary language used in this project is Java 8, with an extensive use of asynchronous processing capabilities. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable applications using Java 8
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding practices within the team
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency in Java 8
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Node.js
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gradle, Jenkins, and Docker
- Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Reactive Web Stack
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit 5 and Mockito
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience with Spring Aspects and Spring Scheduler
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Spring Test and Spring Cloud Contract
