Middle Java Developer

We are seeking a skilled Middle Java Developer to join our remote team, working on a cutting-edge project for a leading global client. With a focus on developing microservices architecture solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of technologies, including Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud. You will also work with AWS, ReactJS, and REST, contributing to the development of a modern solution for our client. As a Middle Java Developer, you will play a vital role in the development of high-quality software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient development processes.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software solutions, adhering to established development methodologies and best practices
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve development issues, ensuring seamless and efficient development processes
Participate in design reviews, offering input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges
Contribute to the development of microservices architecture solutions, utilizing Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud
Work with AWS, ReactJS, and REST to develop modern solutions for our client
Contribute to the development of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment solutions, utilizing Concourse CI or Jenkins
Review and ensure the quality control of development deliverables to meet the highest standards

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Java development
Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and/or Spring Cloud, highlighting your expertise in developing microservices architecture solutions
Proficiency in REST and experience with ReactJS
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, especially using Concourse CI or Jenkins
Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases, especially Oracle
Strong focus on teamwork and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

Experience with OSS Cloud Foundry, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or Pivotal Web Services
Experience with JavaScript beyond ReactJS
