We are seeking a Middle Java Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing scalable applications. You will work with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers to design, develop, and test cutting-edge software solutions. The project will involve developing scalable applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, JBoss, and RESTful API services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot, JBoss EAP, REST, and Web Services
- Implement and maintain Spring Security and Apache Maven
- Work with the team to design and develop efficient databases using MySQL
- Develop and maintain batch jobs using Hibernate and JBoss EAP
- Collaborate with business analysts to identify and implement software solutions that meet business requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing scalable applications using Java (Core Java, Java 8)
- Experience with RESTful API services and performance tuning large scale web applications
- Solid understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Experience with Spring Boot & Security, JBoss
- Familiarity with Mybatis, Maria db, IBM MQs, Batch job
- Familiarity with test driven development and Git
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Proficient in the English language, with at least an upper-intermediate level of competency
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jenkins and BitBucket
- Strong SQL skills
