We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and competent Middle Java Developer to join our exciting project. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience crafting scalable applications. This role will involve close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers, working together on the design, development, and testing of highly advanced software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot, JBoss EAP, REST, and Web Services
- Manage the execution and maintenance of Spring Security and Apache Maven
- Develop and maintain batch jobs utilizing Hibernate and JBoss EAP
- Collaborate with the team to construct and enhance efficient databases employing MySQL
- Work side by side with business analysts to identify and carry out software solutions that suit business needs
- Involve yourself in code reviews to assure adherence to code quality and best industry practices
- Proactively detect and fix technical issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in architecting scalable applications using Java (Core Java, Java 8)
- Substantial experience with RESTful API services and tuning performance of large-scale web applications
- Comprehensive understanding of the fundamental design principles behind a scalable application framework
- Experience with Spring Boot & Security, Spring Boot, JBoss
- Familiarity with Mybatis, Maria db, IBM MQs
- Experience in test-driven development and Git
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Jenkins and BitBucket, SQL
- Experience with Agile methodologies
