Middle Java Developer
We are seeking a skilled Middle Java Developer to join our remote team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge software solutions for our clients. As a Java Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions that meet client needs, utilizing Java, Angular, and Amazon Web Services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design software solutions that meet those requirements
- Ensure software quality by conducting unit and integration testing, and resolving defects
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
- Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements to existing software solutions
- Document software solutions and maintain technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of Java v8 or later
- In-depth knowledge of Angular, Amazon Web Services, PostgreSQL, REST, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and Spring Data, enabling you to design and implement software solutions
- Experience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization
- Working knowledge of RESTful web services and their integration with frontend applications
- Familiarity with Spring Batch and Spring Boot, showcasing your ability to develop robust and scalable applications
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle PLSQL/SQL, Git
- Experience with MongoDB, AWS EC2, and AWS S3
- Experience with Maven or Graddle, Rundeck
- Experience with Docker, Jenkins
