Middle Google Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking a Middle Google Cloud Platform Engineer to join our remote team.

As a GCP Support Engineer, you are expected to provide technical assistance and support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions, and APIs. With your expertise in GCP Compute, Linux, and networks basics, you will collaborate with other engineers and product managers to improve the product and make our customers successful. You will also handle change requests and incidents for the remaining infrastructure teams, follow communication standards with businesses involving operational issues, and follow notification and escalation procedures.
