Effectively perform mobile and API testing

Plan and conduct store-level user research/contextual inquiry

Create a vision for a cross-brand experience for the Super App module for both managers and employees

Collaborate with EPAM and client teams to define the right communication and documentation pathways that provide enough guidance to the client’s internal QA team to successfully evolve the concepts into detailed test design and beyond

Responsible to do testing tasks and self-tracking

2+ years of relevant experience

Mobile and API testing is a must

Track test results and regression test

Help BAs to design production backlog

Experience in Quick Service Restaurants a plus – as an employee, manager, or client

Comfortable with organizing and delivering design in an Agile SCRUM methodology
