We are currently seeking a Middle JavaScript Developer to join our remote workforce.

As a high-performing and influential individual contributor, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions. You will work collaboratively with decentralized teams on multi-quarter projects, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript, AWS, and ReactJS to make well-defined technology choices that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end solutions
  • Collaborate with decentralized teams to align technology choices with business objectives
  • Serve as an expert for a given domain, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Design and develop moderately complex systems and contribute to highly complex systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions
  • Lead a community of practice to bring developers together for shared learning
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, sharing your insights with the wider team
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on JavaScript
  • Experience with AWS and ReactJS with a strong understanding of TypeScript
  • Experience with Node.js for server-side development
  • Strong understanding of testing and monitoring tools and technologies
  • Ability to justify technology choices to technical and non-technical observers
  • Ability to identify business problems at the team level and provide solutions
  • Mastery of English (B2+ level) for clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience with Java and/or Kotlin for developing scalable backend applications
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with GraphQL for building APIs
  • Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitLab
