We are looking for a motivated Middle Full-Stack Engineer to join a team building scalable, high-impact solutions. In this role, you'll be an active contributor within the squad, participating in end-to-end development on a modern, cloud-native infrastructure powered by AWS. You'll collaborate within a dynamic ecosystem alongside Product, UX, the Tech Lead, and business stakeholders to bring meaningful features to life, with the support and guidance needed to grow your skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop new features using Node.js on the backend and Angular on the frontend, following clean and maintainable coding practices
- Participate in technical and software design discussions, sharing your perspective and learning from the architecture defined by the Tech Lead
- Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of cloud components using AWS services (such as Lambda, ECS, and EKS)
- Support software quality by writing and running automated unit and integration tests with Jest and Cypress
- Help ensure code performance and scalability within event-driven architectures
- Work with Product, UX, and business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Take part in code reviews to maintain consistency and continuously improve technical quality across the squad
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ideally in digital environments or medium-to-large scale platforms
- Good working knowledge of Node.js (Fastify a plus) and recent versions of Angular
- Solid understanding of TypeScript, RxJS, and layout development with SCSS
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
- Some practical exposure to AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
- Awareness of best practices, including Clean Code and SOLID principles
- Basic understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SNS/SQS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- A quality-focused mindset, with experience writing unit tests using Jest (Cypress or similar E2E tools a plus)
- Strong soft skills: proactivity, clear communication, teamwork, and openness to technical feedback
Nice to have
- Previous experience or knowledge of the Fintech industry, digital banking, or high-transaction platforms
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS)
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and building CI/CD workflows
