Responsibilities
- Manage issue resolution efforts with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Enable smooth communication between the US Delivery Manager and client teams
- Handle production incident procedures and communicate with client stakeholders
- Implement and support Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure environments
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain system reliability and performance
- Develop and refine deployment pipelines and automation tools
- Continuously monitor system health and respond to operational problems swiftly
- Document incident management activities thoroughly
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to client teams
- Participate in continuous enhancement of DevOps processes
- Deliver technical presentations and communicate effectively with clients
- Ensure adherence to client requirements and industry best practices
- Assist in diagnosing complex distributed system issues
- Maintain security standards across DevOps operations
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps roles with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work
- Proficiency using Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure
- Background in production incident management and resolution
- Capability to coordinate between multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote and cross-cultural settings
- English proficiency at B1+ level

- Familiarity with insurance sector processes and terminology
- Experience engaging with clients in regulated environments
- Certifications related to cloud platforms or DevOps practices
