Responsibilities
- Oversee resolution of issues with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Promote effective communication between the US Delivery Manager and client teams
- Supervise production incident management and client stakeholder communication
- Configure and maintain Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency
- Build and optimize deployment pipelines and automation workflows
- Track system health and respond promptly to operational problems
- Maintain documentation and records of incident management
- Provide technical guidance and support to client teams
- Engage in continuous DevOps process improvements
- Present technical information clearly to clients
- Ensure compliance with client policies and industry standards
- Assist in troubleshooting complex distributed systems
- Maintain security protocols across DevOps activities
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps engineering with at least 2 years of relevant work
- Proficient in Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure technologies
- Experience in production incident management and resolution
- Skilled in coordinating among multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote and diverse environments
- English proficiency at B1+ level
