Responsibilities
- Coordinate issue resolution with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Facilitate clear communication between the on-site US Delivery Manager and client teams
- Manage production incident processes and handle communication with client stakeholders
- Implement and maintain Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance
- Develop and optimize deployment pipelines and automation scripts
- Monitor system health and respond promptly to operational issues
- Document processes and maintain clear records of incident management
- Provide technical support and guidance to client teams as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for DevOps practices
- Conduct presentations and communicate technical information effectively to clients
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry best practices
- Assist in troubleshooting complex distributed systems
- Maintain security standards across all DevOps operations
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps engineering with 2+ years of relevant work
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure technologies
- Experience with production incident management and resolution
- Ability to coordinate between multiple teams and stakeholders
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client interaction
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a remote and cross-cultural environment
- English proficiency at a B1+ level

- Knowledge of insurance industry processes and terminology
- Experience with client communication in regulated environments
- Certifications related to cloud platforms or DevOps practices
