We are looking for an experienced remote Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team in the development and continuous integration of new software solutions within a large scale enterprise Java EE application architecture. The successful candidate will work with a highly talented software development team to ensure efficient and fully functional software delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of applications deployed to the Cloud (Private Cloud, Amazon, Azure, Hybrid Cloud)
- Dockerize applications and implement automated deployment process using Jenkins
- Improve and manage software assembly process by following best practice configuration management
- Analyze and develop new performance metrics and notification systems for applications using Influx data
- Propose DevOps process improvements for product development team, impact development process
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Proven experience in the maintenance of applications deployed to the Cloud, Dockerizing applications, and implementing automated deployment processes using Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of Java EE software development frameworks, including application servers (Tomcat, Jboss, IBM WebSphere), and SCM (Mercurial, GIT)
- Experience in building, maintaining, and executing Docker image
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- B2+ English level

- Experience with Jenkins 2 and Infrastructure as code
- Microservices architecture
- LDAP and Web services knowledge
- Understanding of NodeJS and J2EE applications
