Responsibilities
- Coordinate resolution of issues with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Facilitate effective communication between the US Delivery Manager on-site and client teams
- Oversee production incident workflows and manage communication with client stakeholders
- Deploy and sustain Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure infrastructure
- Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee system stability and performance
- Create and enhance deployment pipelines and automation scripts
- Monitor system status and respond quickly to operational concerns
- Keep detailed documentation of incident management processes
- Deliver technical support and advice to client teams as required
- Engage in ongoing improvements of DevOps methodologies
- Present and relay technical information clearly to clients
- Adhere to client specifications and industry standards
- Help troubleshoot complex distributed system issues
- Ensure security protocols are maintained throughout DevOps activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps engineering with at least 2 years of relevant practice
- Hands-on proficiency with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with managing and resolving production incidents
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills for client engagement
- Experience working collaboratively in remote, multicultural teams
- English language skills at B1+ level
