Responsibilities
- Coordinate problem-solving with clients and their DBA/DevOps teams
- Ensure clear communication between the US Delivery Manager and client teams
- Manage production incident procedures and communication with client stakeholders
- Install and maintain Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to uphold system stability and performance
- Design and improve deployment pipelines and automation scripts
- Monitor system conditions and react promptly to operational issues
- Document processes and keep records of incident handling
- Offer technical support and guidance to client teams as needed
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in DevOps practices
- Conduct presentations and communicate technical details effectively to clients
- Comply with client requirements and industry standards
- Support troubleshooting of complex distributed environments
- Uphold security practices across all DevOps tasks
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in DevOps engineering with 2+ years of relevant background
- Solid knowledge of Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience managing and resolving production incidents
- Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client interaction
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in remote and multicultural teams
- English language proficiency at B1+ level

- Experience in client communication within regulated industries
- Certifications related to cloud and DevOps technologies
