Middle Developer with .NET for a Media Company

Currently we are looking for a remote Middle Developer with .NET to join our global team.

The customer is a Canadian-American multinational media conglomerate. The company was founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where it is headquartered at the Bay Adelaide Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Utilizing Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet clients' requirements
  • Collaborating with coworkers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required
  • Reformulating existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines
  • Checking your code to detect and remedy errors and omissions
  • Testing your outputs to ensure that they are in excellent working order
  • Ensuring that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging
  • Deploying developments and monitoring uptake by the target audience
  • Using clients' feedback to inform the creation of subsequent versions of each development
  • Remaining abreast of coding and technological changes that will impact your work
Requirements
  • Understand and exhibit agile development techniques
  • Independently, the candidate must be able to analyze and resolve complex software problems
  • Deeply Familiar with Office Development, with a focus on Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of Spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with .NET (C# Development)
  • Working knowledge of VBA and Macros
  • Writing and maintaining User Defined Functions (UDFs)
  • Some API and web service development, consumption and development
  • Knowledge of PostGreSQL, MSSQL
  • JavaScript experienece
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of API, PostrgeSQL
  • Knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript
  • Familiar with MS SQL.SQL
  • Visual Basic for Applications experience
