Currently, we are looking for a remote Middle Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with software engineering and business stakeholders to extract requirements and envision solutions & future enhancements
- Create User Flows
- Create visual design and present solution to the team
- Conduct Design Reviews
- Work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks; Instill a customer-centric mindset
- Advocate for coherent and scalable design solutions, not one-time ones
- Find the balance between user needs, customer requirements, and feasibility constraints
- Communicate, handle feedback and provide a feedback
Requirements
- +2 years of relevant experience
- Sketch, Invision, Miro
- JIRA, Сonfluence
- Storybook
