Middle Demand Planner

We are seeking a Middle Demand Planner to join our remote team.

This role belongs to the Demand Planning sub-team of the Replenishment Excellence team. You will be responsible for ensuring the generation of a high-quality system forecast with finely tuned parameters and models in the planning system, Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization (SCPO).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely forecast updates and insights
  • Generate high-quality system forecasts with finely tuned parameters and models in the planning system (Blue Yonder SCPO) for the Demand Planning sub-team of the Replenishment Excellence team
  • Deliver accurate and detailed analysis of forecast results and insights to the business using tools such as JDA/Blue Yonder, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau Desktop
  • Continuously refine and improve the forecasting and planning processes to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide centralized support to the area buying teams
  • Engage in continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills 
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, or related field, with experience in statistical forecasting is preferred 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Supply Chain experience and knowledge of business planning processes
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong financial acumen required (must be able to interpret sales data within the market)
  • B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Desktop
