We are looking for a remote Middle Demand Planner to join our team and work as part of the Demand Planning sub-team of the Replenishment Excellence team.
This role involves ensuring that a high-quality system forecast is generated with correctly established demand history and fine-tuned parameters and models in the planning system (Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization). You will be responsible for using your expertise in JDA/Blue Yonder, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau Desktop to plan and optimize the supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain statistical models for forecasting demand and inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, qualify and prioritize demand
- Develop and maintain the demand planning process, including establishing and maintaining planning parameters and models
- Create and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Provide centralized support to the area buying teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Supply Chain experience and knowledge of business planning processes
- Knowledge of JDA/Blue Yonder
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong financial acumen and experience in interpreting sales data within the market
- Ability to pay attention to detail and to demonstrate high levels of accuracy
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience in demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, or related field, with minimum of 2 years in statistical forecasting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Desktop
