Middle Database Developer for Healthcare Company

Responsible for the management of database instances. This includes tasks such as user creation, creating and altering table spaces, configuring listeners and creating and managing rollback segments

Responsible for the daily backup and data export of all database instances including hot backups and cold backups

Document and execute changes on production and non-production environments, including database configuration changes, database patches, and software updates

Follow industry Best Practice and guidelines to minimize risks to system availability and security

Report all potential risks, operational failures, time constraint problems and extraordinary events that will negatively impact to the supervisor

2+ years of relevant experience

Professional knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administration including user management, installation, DBMS management, troubleshooting, patching, upgrading, and tuning

Professional knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database backups, recovery / restores.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL database administration including user management, installation, DBMS management, troubleshooting, patching, upgrading, and tuning

Knowledge of MongoDB / NoSQL database administration including user management, installation, DBMS management, troubleshooting, patching, upgrading, and tuning

Experience with cloud database platforms like AWS Aurora, Redshift, SQL Server RDS, PostgreSQL
