We are currently looking for a proficient Middle Communications Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in developing and executing internal communication strategies, primarily for the Cloud & Delivery Organization in the Americas Unit. Collaborating closely with the communications team and unit leaders, your role will involve ensuring consistent messaging across multiple platforms, contributing to the creation of content, and working with stakeholders to strengthen our organization's communication efforts.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials for the Unit and assist with responsibilities tied to the Global Cloud Practice
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communication mediums such as newsletters, digests, articles, and posts
- Oversee internal communication channels including MS Teams and Viva Engage, among others
- Support the communication needs of organizational events like Monthly Sync Calls, Townhalls, and leadership updates to enhance employee engagement
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure the provision of clear and prompt information to employees
- Monitor and analyze the feedback and engagement resulting from internal communications
- Maintain and update internal communication schedules to guarantee timely content delivery
- Aid in conducting employee surveys and communication audits to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to devise innovative communication ideas and strategies
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, ideally within internal or corporate communications roles
- Advanced proficiency in English, with strong spoken and written communication skills appropriate for effective messaging
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and with various stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of digital communication platforms and employee engagement tools
- Proficiency in graphic design or video editing software such as Canva or FIGMA
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for developing clear and compelling content
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Analytical and independent thinker with the capacity for critical thinking and making sound decisions
