Middle Business Analyst

We are actively searching for a Middle Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting and maintaining Business Analysis artifacts, and managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. If you have a passion for Business Analysis, we would love to hear from you!

This position requires on-site attendance at our office in São Paulo.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are captured and documented
  • Document and maintain Business Analysis artifacts, such as requirements documents, process flows, and user stories, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
  • Clarify requirements and scope with stakeholders, ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined and understood
  • Manage requirements approval and prioritization processes, ensuring timely approval and prioritization of requirements
  • Facilitate backlog grooming process, ensuring that the backlog is up-to-date and prioritized
  • Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all requirements are met and the project is delivered to a high standard
  • Support the QA process, ensuring that all requirements are met and the project is delivered to a high standard
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business requirements gathering and analysis
  • Ability to document and maintain Business Analysis artifacts
  • Experience with requirements approval and prioritization processes
  • Understanding of backlog grooming process and experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to manage requirements traceability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in English (B2+ level) for clear and effective communication with team and stakeholders
