Middle Business Analyst

We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain to join our remote team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business counterparts, local and regional IT departments, and various software vendors to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific business needs within the supply chain and logistics sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives focusing on the Supply Chain & Logistics area
  • Develop functional and technical requirement documents derived from business needs
  • Support users during functional acceptance testing and assist with the release updates of new or existing applications to facilitate project implementation
  • Engage in the design and execution of implementation and configuration of retail and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions
  • Coordinate with internal business and technical teams to finalize requirements
  • Act as the subject matter expert, providing support and administration within the functional areas of responsibility during and post-project implementation
  • Offer functional and technical support to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently, lead training sessions for end users to support change management in collaboration with Regional IT
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, able to effectively communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders
  • Skilled in BA artifacts documentation, ensuring clear and precise documentation of processes and requirements
  • Experienced in planning business analysis activities to align with project timelines and objectives
  • Competent in managing business analysis information, maintaining accuracy and accessibility of information
  • Fluent in English, with a B2 level proficiency or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with advanced data analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly those related to supply chain management
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, enhancing communication and collaboration across teams
